ABOUT US

Originally established in 1986, our mission is to rejuvenate and sustain participation in baseball by youth (both boys and girls) primarily in the College Hill and North College Hill Communities at an affordable price based upon four core principles:

FUN FROM FUNDAMENTALS

Teaching the very basic fundamentals of the game with an emphasis on having fun while learning new skills and that growth or improvement in those skills (however basic they may be) requires practice (work).

GROWTH FROM GAMES

The focal point of playing a game against another team is NOT the score of the game but rather to measure improvement of the player and the team in playing the game with a focus on the cooperation (with coaches, fellow players); and commitment (attending practice, working to get better individually and as a team) required for such improvement to occur.

SPORTSMANSHIP

Treating all players, coaches, officials, and others with whom you interact with respect and dignity in all circumstances.

BAD BOUNCES

Keep trying even when what the individual or team is trying to achieve does not work out as desired for whatever reason(s).
